Delivery times
Handmade items are made to order and will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks of us receiving the order. Please note this may change at busier periods.
If you need your item sooner, please email bonbonbonuk@gmail.com before placing your order to enquire and we'll be able to let you know the soonest possible turnaround available at that time.

Is it a gift?
We'll wrap the item in bright and beautiful tissue paper and send a personalised kid mantra card with your message.
Gift wrap is an additional £2.
Refunds
Handmade items
Unfortunately as all handmade items are 'made to order' we can not offer refunds unless they arrive damaged (see below for more info) or the order is incorrect.
Tops
We can offer exchanges on t-shirts and baby grows. The customer will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the unwanted items and they must be returned clean and in the same condition in which they were dispatched. Failure to do so may effect your right to refund or exchange. Free postage will be issued when we send the replacement. Please check our t-shirt / baby grow sizing chart before purchasing.
Damaged items
If your item arrives in any way damaged please contact us straight away at bonbonbonuk@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We'll assess the damage and if necessary issue a full refund to the original payment method.
We do not issue refunds on items that have not been cared for or washed as per the care label instructions.
Sale items
We do not except refunds on sale items unless they are damaged or processed incorrectly.
